There are several ways :

1. You're lucky one and selected randomly by the game.


2. You're lucky one too but have to pay $1,000,000 to buy the passports and have ability to share 3 passports to your mafias.

3. Bangkok is still locked for you..
You can wait your mafia who kind enough to share the passport to you..
